This policy covers all Constant Heritage apps distributed via the Apple App Store and any content delivered through our website. Because each app solves a focused problem, most collect no personal data at all. When limited data is essential (for example, syncing a document with iCloud), it is processed as described below.2. On-device data persists until you delete it or remove the app.iCloud data persists until you delete it inside the app, disable iCloud for the app, or remove the iCloud container from Settings › Apple ID › iCloud › Manage Storage.Crash logs are stored by Apple for up to 25 months and shared with us only in aggregated form.5. Security
All in-app data is stored in Apple’s sandboxed file system. When syncing, iCloud encrypts your data in transit and, for most data types, at rest on Apple servers. We implement additional measures such as:Keychain storage for sensitive tokens.Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2+) for any server communications (rare; only for optional content feeds).Regular code reviews and penetration tests.6. Your Rights
